That is a pretty small difference. Interesting article.
I am the first born of 6. I don't know it to be true or false.
But I am the only one besides the oldest boy to graduate from high school.
I wonder if anyone has studied the oldest boy versus oldest girl thing.
I can see where my brother (the firstborn son) was treated dramatically different and in fact is smarter than the other 2 boys, visibly anyways.
I can't really compare, because I can't really think of a sibling team where one is noticably smarter than the other. My mom is the third youngest of seven. The youngest lives in Hawaii and the oldest lived in Minnesota -- so who is smartest there?
Seriously though, take myself and my brother. My brother is two years older than me, but I did better than him in school. He did a lot better than me socially, though. But again, he's only my half brother, and we didn't always live together, so those environmental factors of older and younger sibling may not apply to us.
