Spoken Hawaiian Book Question

I have an older Hawaiian Language book that has an example sentence that I wanted to double check...

No ka haumana i Ulukout ma Waikiki.

The translation is "The student lives at Ulukou in Waikiki." Now, shouldn't it start with "Noho" instead of "No", or is there something going on here that I don't understand yet? I'm hoping that someone here with a good grasp on the language can double check this for me, just in case it's a mistake in the book.
