  • You respect Grimace, I respect The Hamburglar

Sure, Grimace is a nice, happy, purple dude/chick/it. But The Hamburglar's styling on everyone in McDonaldland with a cape and a Zorro swag hat. No way that anyone comes close to Hamburglar in McDonaldland.

See, that's the trouble with you young people. You respect the thugs and don't give due props to law and order. Big Mac is the one who keeps jerks like you and Hamburglar from taking my hard-earned value-menu cheeseburgers out of your gullet, you lawbreaking thief. Big ups to Big Mac.

See? You don't even know Big Mac, so your opinion is worth WHAT now? You're like those kids who thinks rap started with Eminem. Pssh.

Ah that's the trouble with you middle aged people. You don't remember that the Grimace was also a villain/monster too. It used go after milk shakes. But I supposed it saw the way and now is a good guy.

Re: You respect Grimace, I respect The Hamburglar

When I was about 4, I recall eating in the old Ala Moana McDonalds -- you know, the two story one facing makai, where you could actually look down on Foodland below.

One day, all the McDonalds characters in costume came to the restaurant. The Hamburglar wouldn't even come up to the 2nd floor because I was having a meltdown. That guy scared the isht outta me.
                    Tessie, "Nuf Ced" McGreevey shouted
We're not here to mess around
Boston, you know we love you madly
Hear the crowd roar to your sound
Don't blame us if we ever doubt you
You know we couldn't live without you
Tessie, you are the only only only

damn, you're taking me back. in the days of $19 coupons, my fam and I went to Oahu nearly every weekend. I remember buying toys at Shirokiya then eating McDonaldland cookies and a hot fudge sundae upstairs.
