Culinary Institute of America Chefs will be holding their culinary arts festival from July 21 - 24 at Yokosuka O'Club. They'll kick it off with a Hawaiian Luau on the 21st. Unfortunately, the luau is already sold out at $25.00 per ticket. Glad I got mine in advance. They'll also hold a few classes for those interested in improving their cooking skills or learning new ones. Personally, I'd rather they do the cooking for me.
