THE KEMO BROTHERS PRESENT GRAMMY AWARD WINNER T-PAIN LIVE IN CONCERT AT THE 2011 "THROW-BACK" PRO BOWL BASH

Gala Fundraiser and Live Concert to Benefit the Kemoeatu Brothers Foundation

The Kemo Brothers present the 2011 "Throw-Back" Pro Bowl Bash featuring T-Pain live in concert on Thursday, January 27th at the Waterfront at Aloha Tower. The Bash, consisting of two separate events benefitting the Kemoeatu Brothers Foundation (KBF) includes a gala fundraiser and a live concert, as part of a kickoff to the much anticipated return of the Pro Bowl in Hawaii.

The gala fundraiser begins the night at the Waterfront at Aloha Tower from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and includes a gourmet dinner catered by celebrity Chef Chai, host of KFVE's "Dining Out with Chef Chai" and owner of Chai's Island Bistro and SINGHA Thai Cuisine. While feasting, guests will be able to enjoy special entertainment by Na Hoku Hanohano Award Winners Sean Na'auao and Ma'ohi Nui Polynesian dance group. Guests will also have a chance to bid on hot items in the Silent and Live Auctions and have a once in a lifetime chance to meet, mingle, and get autographs of select NFL Players.

General admission to the gala fundraiser is $275 per person and VIP admission is $325 per person. Guests can also purchase a table for 10 people at $2500 per table. A ticket purchase to the gala fundraiser will also grant you access to the post-gala concert with reserved viewing area of the show.

The post-gala event is a concert featuring Grammy Award winner and rap star T-Pain live at the Waterfront at Aloha Tower. T-Pain won two Grammy Awards in collaboration with some of the world's most recognized musicians, including one with Kanye West for the song "Good Life" and another with singer/actor Jamie Foxx for the catchy tune "Blame It." The live concert starts at 10:00 p.m. and features special guest performances by Savage with support from Monsta, J Boog, and hosted by Power 104.3's Micah Bank$ and Romeo Valentine. Doors open at 9:15 p.m. and are $45 in advance and $50 at the door.

Tickets for both events may be purchased online at www.kemofoundation.org and at the following outlets: Local Motion surf shops, UH Campus Center, Navy ITT Offices, and U.S. Coast Guard Center MWR.

All the proceeds from both events will go to benefit the Kemoeatu Brothers Foundation (KBF), a 501(c)3 designated non-profit organization founded by two brothers who currently play in the NFL, Ma'ake Kemoeatu (Nose Tackle, Washington Redskins) and Chris Kemoeatu (Guard, Pittsburgh Steelers). The Kemoeatus grew up in Hawaii and graduated from Kahuku High School and are both dedicated to giving back to the community. They are committed to improving the lives of youth in the Pacific Islands through educational and athletic opportunities.

The mission of KBF is to provide assistance in the development of promising young athletes in the fields of football and rugby, and to aid in the educational, social, and economic development of children in underprivileged families, particularly those of Polynesian descent.

The Kemoeatu Brothers Foundation’s programs and services include football clinics with professional players, homework assistance and SAT assistance, academic and athletic scholarships, assistance with college athletic placement, holiday economic assistance and athletic facility renovation and development.
