anyone know the best time to get breakfast at liliha. No waiting...

Do you mean the Kuakini Street location, or the Nimitz Highway location? Since Kuakini is open 24 hours, your best bet is on a weekday, super early (5:00 works well). It stays fairly busy all day once the breakfast crowd starts rolling in. But remember they're closed all day Monday and until 6 or 6:30 Tuesday.

For Nimitz, I've walked in on weekdays at 8 and had a short wait (ten minutes). Then I've gone in at ten and had no wait at all.
