No, nothing to do with Dobelle and the Board of Regents, but that awful "skunk tree" near Sinclair Library. This humid, hot weather we are having seems to make its seasonal production of ghastly aroma even worse than usual. (I think the thing is actually a "Java olive" tree, but its nickname is very appropriate.)
If you should visit the UHM campus in the next couple of weeks, I strongly recommend NOT walking past Sinclair.
