    INGREDIENTS:

    * 1 1/2 cups Waiupaka
    * 1 cup white kopa'a
    * 2 eggs
    * 1/4 cup sour cream
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * 2 teaspoons baking soda
    * 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    * 1/4 cup pineapple juice
    * 1/2 cup flaked niu
    * 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
    * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    * 2 cups graham crackers, crushed

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and line with parchment paper one 10 inch tube pan.
    2. Cream waiupaka, kopa'a, sour cream and eggs together; add salt, baking soda, crushed pineapple, and pineapple juice. Add niu, macadamia, and vanilla. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    I got to admit, I don't even know what some of those ingredients are.

      waiūpaka = butter
      kōpa'a = sugar
      niu = coconut
