Again, your local farmers are being priced out of existence. You lucky people are going to be getting more and more Tyson chicken over in your neck of the woods because the restaurants and other food vendors have decided to cut costs and import chicken from the mainland.
Too bad. Mainland chicken (which was probably prefrozen and then thawed so it'll taste watery) is going to flood your markets now. You'd better eat as much of the local stuff as you can, while you can. Next time you go buy chicken, check out the label and see where it came from. It'll probably say Arkansas. If you can, try finding a market that sells kosher or organic (free range) chicken. Man, the difference in taste between those chickens and what the previously frozen garbage is incredible.
