With all of the allegations of rigged voter registrations in several states, flawed electronic voting machines and nasty advertising campaigns being mounted by all sides, this country is sounding more and more like a Banana Republic state where illegal activities are openly encouraged and condoned as long as both sides are party to it!

Will Americans take back their democracy after this election? Can we impeach a President before he's sworn in (if, in fact, there are October or November "surprises" that both the Republicans and the Dems are likely to trot out).

We presume to hold elections in places like Afghanistan and Iraq, and we don't seem to be able to hold an honest one right here at home!
