For lunch at our house, I had:
- Turkey
- Fried Rice
- Orange Chicken
- Stuffing
- Duck
- Cheesecake
- Pumpkin Pie
- Peach Pie

And that was just the food that I ate. There was other foods there, but we had to put it on the counter because the table didn't have enough food.

Honey baked ham
Macaroni salad
Mash potatoes
Sauted shrimp with garlic
Pumpkin pie
Cream Brulee
Charlotte Royale

The fun part was all the COOKING! I spent most of my waking hours in the kitchen... :D

Classic heaped plate of roast turkey, stuffing, a mountain of mashed potatoes, some yams, and cranberry sauce. Large mug of Sam Adams brew.

Couldn't get through half of it (except for the mug) and then felt like a stuffed turkey myself for the rest of the day.

We had:
Organic brined maple glazed turkey with herb gravy
green beans
"caulitato" (mashed cauliflower, since it's lower in carbs)
sausage, apple and herb stuffing
Grand Marnier glazed orange slices
Homemade cranberry-pineapple relish
Homemade dinner rolls
Haupia pumpkin pie

I made everything from scratch, but surprisingly, it didn't take all that long to put the meal together. Now if I was in Hawai'i, it would've taken me all day to produce the spread that I know most of you guys in Hawai'i had yesterday! ;)
That's one of the things I miss about being in Hawai'i during the holidays...all da different kine onolicious food!
