Spa Fitness Center....
Does any one of you go to the gym at Punahou?
It's really cool!. Especially if you have already signed up.
They are having this class, called Muay Thai Kickboxing,
The instructure is Ajan. I think the class that he is having, cost less at Punahou gym, than the one at the UH-Manoa.
It's good to know for so many reasons. If anything else,
it's good for exercise. You all should try it out.
It is in the Punahou gym.
BTW- I am not the instructor there,
if that's what you think.
I just happen to like the class.
