Road Runner Update on Speed issues

A friend of mine was informed by Oceanic that they have been
receiving numerous complaints about inconsistent speeds,DHCP/DNS
problems as of late, just a FYI. They know it is due to the speed increase,
they just can't pinpoint the exact problem.

These number I just got. Usually around the 4400-4500 range though. Uploads have been pretty consistent.

As far as I understand the inconsistent speeds are occuring in the evening
primarily.
