Bought some ground beef from Costco last Sunday, froze immediately. Thawed it Thursday afternoon, but then ended up eating something else and refrigerated it. It's been in the fridge, then, since then... three days. Safe to cook and eat?

If you had move the ground beef from the freezer to the refrigerator than yeah it should be okay assuming it doesn't smell bad. But you know what it's better safe than sorry so if you have any doubt, I say toss it.

Probably safer with a salad ... cucumbers, celery, lettuce, tomatoes ....

I agree with Helen, as long as it doesn't smell bad or look very discolored it's okay. Chow down.
BTW does anyone know where to buy Tiramisu? Costco no longer sells it. I posted this on another thread and got NO replys.

It looked a little grayer than I'd have liked, so we tossed it. Thanks for the input on a most strange question. As for your tiramisu question (http://www.hawaiithreads.com/showthread.php?t=568), Mocha, give it some time! Things here at HawaiiThreads are only just picking up steam. :p
