I heard on Sports Radio, I think it was Leahey and Leahey show that Ti Leaves were banned from the Aloha Stadium? Here is the list of prohibited items for the Aloha Stadium:

    Prohibited Items
    The following items are PROHIBITED:

    Illegal Contraband
    Weapons
    Fireworks
    Coolers
    Air Horns
    Cans & Bottles
    Noise Makers
    Backpacks
    Umbrellas
    Outside Food and Beverage

Fanny Packs, Purses and Handbags will be permitted, subject to check.

They only have a phone number so I'll try and call them tomorrow on the subject.

Hmm. Start protest petition now, ask questions later. Got it.

If ti leaves aren't welcome, it probably has less to do with terrorism and makeshift weaponry than it does litter. Ti leaves might be nature-made, but that doesn't make a festering pile of 'em any more fun to clean up.

I like how they lump in outside "food and beverage" under the blanket cause of terrorism. Looks like someone is taking cues from the federal government.
