I might as well start the quest for a cheap laptop.
Basically, it'll be my portable computer, with my MP3s and a few programs I can't live w/out for the outdoors. I'll be using it for music, some presentations, movie watching, and internet surfing. I'm thinking of using my wireless keyboard/mouse setup when possible, because I hate small keyboards.
Price? hopefully in the sub $1000 range, but if its cheaper, then its better. I'll reformat the computer as soon as I get it, so the data will be erased and I'll install WinXP home (or pro if I can get it) and/or Linux.
(I only have about $200 saved, so I'm gettting there)
