    "...Now, amid rising wage and pension costs, energy shortages, tighter government regulation, traffic bottlenecks and other concerns, some of them are starting to look elsewhere. ..." Does this sound familiar? Doesn't it sound like what caused the massive outsourcing of manufacturing from this country to Asia, and China in particular?

    Actually, what happened to this country in the late 80s and 90s (thanks, WM) is now also starting to hit China, according to this story. Ironic, isn't it? What will this do to WM's quest for low, low prices?
