      Over easy, on top of fried rice with spam and a scoop of mac salad. Remember Aikane's (not the present one) on Queen Street? They had an Asian girl in there called Blondie. She was so not blonde. Not even dyed. I have no idea why she was called that. Sweet as can be.

      venti nonfat peppermint mocha with whipped

      medium to well, on a fresh Kaiser roll, with lettuce, tomato, ketchup. Kosher pickle slice on the side.

        How do you like your eggs? over medium on hashbrowns

        How do you like your coffee? strong

        How do you like your burgers? charbroiled medium well

        How do you like your toast? rye bread toasted dark

          How do you like your steak? I do not own one.

          How do you like your eggs? Over rock hard or scrambled w/sausage

          How do you like your coffee? strong w/ a little milk. Lion coffe or any Hawaiian brand. No robusta!

          How do you like your burgers? I don't

          How do you like your toast? rye bread toasted dark (hey me too.) lotta buttah.

            How did I forget the toast?
            I like rye, too. Seeded rye tosted to perfection, just before getting too dark, with butter. Oh my gosh. My absolute favorite is swirly rye-pumpernickle, but since there aren't any good Joisey delis around here, I do without.

              -- Fried with pepper and salt, slightly burnt around the edges

              -- Over easy or scrambled. Doesn't matter.

              How do you like your coffee?
              -- I don't drink coffee.

              How do you like your burgers?
              -- Plain, no onions in the meat, slightly burnt.

              How do you like your toast?
              -- I just don't like really hard toast. Usually I put butter and jam/jelly on it.

                  don't drink coffee

                  with cheese at least, veggies are okay as long as there are no shreded lettuce.

                  not burnt, at least with butter.

                    Since you gonna cook it I'll have a very rare Ribeye with Hawaiian Salt and Garlic powder with Shoyu and Tabasco on the side. On the fire only, any steak that is pan fried or broiled in an oven is a total waste.

                    Eggs over easy on top of rice and Potogee sausage or Bacon.

                    Coffee? I dont need no wimpy Venti or Latte. If I have the time I like mine percolated very STRONG on the stove the old fashion way. Anyone ever have "Cowboy Coffee"?

                    I try not to eat Burgers very often but gimme Mayo,Cheese, Lettuce. Tomato and Pickles.

                    Toast .............. hhhhhmmmm ok, lightly toasted with lotsa butter and cinnamon and a bit of sugar.

                      2. How do you like your eggs? Over medium
                      3. How do you like your coffee? Kona (gotta be Kona) cream and sugar
                      4. How do you like your burgers? Well done, cheese and/or bbq sauce
                      5. How do you like your toast? White or wheat, light brown, butter and preferably guava or strawberry jelly

                        nuthin whimpy about venti.
                        This means 20 in Italian. as in 20 oz.
                        (but it's a 24 oz. cup.)
                        ('least dass whut I bean toad. eh. and venti means nineteen in another language. how you figgah.)

                        ok, so 20 oz. of hot burned powerful fog lifter jolt o cafeeine, via some of the best beans available. (i hope.)

                        yes, i know the moniker is pretentious as all get out, and I mostly refuse to order my coffe with these pseudo labels that exist nowhere but within the four walls of stbx.
                        But when I ask them for
                        "a lotta caffeine!"
                        they say; venti?
                        I say Big!
                        which of course is not the way to do it and not the biggest. they want you to say venti meaning the 20 oz cup. But I get NO whimpy coffee there. And i get a "venti". it is strong and does the job. with a lil half and half.



                        I mean, "venti"... and their dogma with their own labels. c'mon.
                        Like Dave Barry queries:

                            4. 2 grilled burgers on a sesame seed bun with extra lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, maui onions and a light sauce.

                            5. French toast with melted butter and maple syrup is pretty good.

                              water
                              caffeine

                              hot
