Intl Mktplace renovations put on hold

I wonder why the owner, the Queen Emma Foundation, is putting this remodel on hold while re-evaluates its options? They were supposed to start tearing down all the old buildings this summer. Hmmm...maybe they've decided to put in a bunch of timeshare condos instead of rebuilding the Marketplace because there are so many other retail opportunities in Waikiki now?
