I read this article about how they actually gave a mental patient at The State hospital a machete and he escaped. It sounds like the beginning of a Halloween movie.
Makes you ask, "what could go wrong?"

I had to shake my head on this paragraph from the Honolulu Advertiser

Hospital officials told police that Oandasan has been off his medication for about two weeks and that he thought the FBI and police were after him.

I don't know about the FBI but for sure the police are after him now.

Looks like the caught him according to the paper he was said to have been found with a small knife....What the hell did he do with the machete?

Was that "red roof" in Kaneohe? Next to Windward Community Colllege, behind District Park.

Anyone remember a street person from Kaneohe nicknamed, "Mango Man"?
