I know rentals are darned hard to find these days, so hopefully this will help one of you here on HT or one of your friends. (Ryan, if this post is inappropriate or violates any rules, please remove it.)
Anyway, my friend has two units for rent in Kaneohe: one is a studio apartment for $995 and the other is a one-bedroom cottage for $1,200. Both are available now, utilities are included, and there's a swimming pool and laundry room on the property. The property is just off of Lilipuna Road, near Coconut Island.
The studio has a very large lanai and has an amazing million-dollar view of Kaneohe Bay!
The cottage has a partial view of the bay and the fishpond, and it also has a private back yard and a private side yard.
