OK, so the developer of 'Aina Lea has promised to make 385 of the proposed 1,924 homes "affordable" at $200,000 apiece, but how much are they planning to sell the remaining 1,539 homes for? $700k+? And what's with the TWO (not just one) golf courses? What about the infrastructure surrounding Waikoloa Village? Sheesh! Are they going to relive the Hokulia debacle?
