From what I understand about we8there.com , all the review's are written by real customers, they go through great pains and try to weed our reviews posted by restaurant owners. I read a funny story in we8there.com's blog about a restaurant in Montana who tried to post multiple reviews of their restaurant and hotel they got cocky when they asked to change the review they posted and got busted by one of we8there.com's investigators.
