  • Aloha from Mississippi

I was raised in Kaimuki - 10th & Waialae 'till 1982, then joined the US Marine Corps. Lots of travel later and a marriage to a wonderful Mississippi man, I now live in Pelahatchie, Mississippi. I stumbled upon this website looking for information on Kaipolani Butterworth, who had a halau that I danced with in the 70's.

It's wonderful to read all the things about home that I remember & miss in the "hawaii Stories" link.

Just saying aloha to my family and friends back home.

My maiden name was Tania Nakama - say hi, if you know me!
