What do you get free from your job?

I just came home from helping my Dad load an office desk into his truck he got from his company (he works at a construction company).

Since he started there, we've gotten TVs, desks, tables, old computers, glass, mirrors, water heaters, you name it we probably hauled it home.

I work for the State, so needless to say...nothing for free.

Let's see, I had to taste all the 2003 red wines today, and everyone at work took home one opened bottle. I had to choose between Cabernet, Zinfandel, Syrah and Merlot.

A tough job, but somebody has to do it.

In my last job, the only things I got free were coffee and a monthly bus pass.

(Excluding, of course, lots of online computer time when I was supposed to be doing something else.)

4 free passes per month to give away for admission to the Bishop Museum. That and an ID tag.
