Yeah, I use to train with the the instructor & his class.

I think it almost killed me, & I probably trained to hard that my back started to hurt. Imagine a capital letter "I" on your back, & that is where my pain was. So, I had to quit, pluse my chiropractor insisted on it aswell.

I guess my back couldn't withstand all the pressure it was getting.

So, please go & see it. I saw the one last time, I think it was at city hall.

Their demonstration last time, was awsome!!.

Don't forget to bring your cameras &/or video cameras, now.

      Aloha & God Bless.

for those of you unfamiliar with muay thai, you might wanna watch these two movies starring tony jaa. the guy is pretty amazing; does all of his own stunts.

the movies aren't great but the fight scenes are, i think, excellent.

        Ong-Bak - The Thai Warrior (2003)

        Tom yum goong (2005

525,600 minutes, 525,000 moments so dear. 525,600 minutes - how do you measure, measure a year?

Hey, Thanks Shaveice, for those links.

I actually saw that movie :Ong-Bak. It was fairly well done. Good action scenes .

Now that movie, :Tom yum goong (2005), I have yet to see.

Perhaps one of these fine days, we will actually rent it.

          Thanks again.

          Aloha & God Bless.

P.S., Shaveice, You must have been born on the sign of virgo.
(I read on the bottom that you have written, that you are a perfectionist).

I think some virgos just fall under that category.

Read it again ... very closely ... to get the joke. Brilliantly subtle.

serenity, if you liked ong bak, you'll definitely like tom yum goong. the last 15 minutes or so is one long action scene. very impressive.

i don't think the dvd is available in hawaii yet. i picked up my copy on my last trip to thailand in november but cuz of the success of ong bak, i don't think it'll be too long before tom yum goong shows up in the local shops.

You are right about that . I did enjoy it!!.

I liked the best parts are towards the end, when they actually showed real kickboxing stuff on stage, instead of the other funny stuff .

Thanks for that really cool link. Thanks so much for looking around for it!.

Hope you had a great weekend. Take care. HUGS. Serenity.

                    Thanks sooo much again.

P.S. I probably wont be going to the gym anymore. =( my contract with them expired with no re newal. =(

The guy (who doesn't work there anymore) led us to believe that mine was a life time contract!. NOT!!.

I only like going there on every Friday, but it wont be worth it for my hubby to pay if I only go every Friday!. =(

Hopefully we can think of a better solution so I can come to work out at the gym again. My hubby goes every Tuesday & Thursdays.

Well, thanks again for the really cool link. *thumbs up smiley*

                    Aloha. =)

Maybe you can sign up for free, then ask them.

When I signed up long ago at the gym, it was a cheaper cost, but now, I don't know.

Wont hurt to sign up & ask , I think it gives the phone number on the weblink.
                            Check it out.
