  • RIP Gary Bautista

This extremely talented member of the Society of Seven Las Vegas passed away earlier today. The group spent many years here headlining at the Outrigger Waikiki. It was reported that Gary was 54 but, dang, he looked a lot younger than that when the group played the Hawaii Theater a year ago. Regardless, he was just way too young to die.

(Not shilling, as I get nothing for it, but...) We posted a story tonight about Gary, with photo if anyone is wondering which guy he is.

Oh man, we just saw him with the Society of Seven ten days ago at the Muckleshoot Casino.

      This is so sad.

The Muckleshoot Indian Casino in Auburn, WA.

This just sucks. I really like the SOS and we saw them a few years ago when they were still at the Outrigger.

I knew Gary for 16 years and I always thought he was in his late 30's or early 40's. He was a very talented man that was taken away too soon. God needed a good singer and called Gary. He will be missed. God bless him.
