Who to call to report a wrong address?

Either they changed their address recently, or I'm the only one who noticed it, but the Pearl City Plaza (near the former pizza hut in pearl city/Henkel and McCoy place) has an address of 94-719, opposed to the 98-719.

1) can someone confirm my suspicions and go by that area? (its a blue 'n white building with that edible candies sign and taekwondo school on the second floor)
2) if I am correct, who should I report it to?

EDIT: There's a business in that plaza that also displays the 94 address.
