Ah, that would be the USARPS League. The Vegas event is actually their first championship event. They're considered the young upstart group compared to the World RPS Society. Here's a Forbes FYI article on the WRPSS' third annual championship event in Toronto... including an analysis of winning strategies. There's a playful rivalry between the two groups.

I wonder if there's a Hawaii chapter of either... and if not, why not? We'd kick butt!
