I'm not a huge fan of Malia Zimmerman, but every once in a while she writes about something reading about.

According to Ms. Zimmerman the Kaloko Dam was owned by auto-millionaire Pflueger. He was doing illegal grading and construction work on the uplands above the dam prior to it bursting. Comments?
