Apparently it doesn't exist anymore, at least under his ownership. His corporate website lists only 3 Sam Choy Restaurants, 2 in Honolulu and one on Guam. There used to be a Sam Choy Restaurant in Kahului, too, but it went under after about 2 years because the food was too high muckamucka and expensive for the people who frequent Kaahumanu Center. Its replacement, Ruby's Diner, is doing much much better in this location.
