Hey, my name's Kate and I'm new to this board. My husband and I currently live in California but will be hopefully moving to Maui in a couple of years because we love it there! In my opinion there's no place like it on earth!

Just to give you an idea of how bad the market is, there is a new development going up here on Oahu, and people are lining up two weeks in advance to pay $600K for a condo that has not even been built yet.Comment
