  • What Science project still sits in your refridgerator?

I just found a half can of Leftover Tomato Sauce in the back of the fridge...

It was no longer red... however brown and Hard...

(This has been in there since the HT picnic)

What science project do you need to clean out of your fridge?

There's a plastic tub of miso in the back of my fridge.

I can't remember when I put it there.

Miso can't go bad. I mean, it's fermented already.

    Right?

I cleaned mines last week so it's going to be a while for anything else to grow in there.

I once made soup from a tub of miso paste that was in the reefer for at least 6 months. It tasted o.k. and I never got sick, but you could taste it had "aged" a bit. The flavor was more sharp, less smooth.

When I lived with roommates this is what I found:

Several colored fungus: red, green, white. I think green was on a pork chop.

Tofu that melted the side of the plastic container when I tiped it. It left groves when it slid down the side.

Tomato that imploded as soon as I lifted the plastic grocery bag.
