I was flipping through the channels and on KHON's "MISSING" show....(a show produced in the Mainland)
They featured these two local boys.. Daniel & Noel Santiago
Their father apparently kidnapped them. The show said they may still be in the Honolulu area... or may have been taken to the Phillipines.
There father's name is Victorio Santiago and they were abducted from their family home on July 12th 2002.
The show said if you have seen them... please get a hold of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children... However I'm sure a call to the HPD would work faster!
Believe it or not... My father did the same thing to me when I was a kid... He took me while on a parental visit and the next thing you know...he put me and him on a plane and left for California.
