Not sure if there are any free classes out there (I would be surprised if there were), but here are some from the Red Cross:

My employer provides for CPR, First Aid, and AED training through the Hawaii Red Cross to maintain at least one trained worker in every location. I'm glad to be one of them. I had no idea the classes cost $42 or so! I'd say it's worth it, regardless, but you may want to check with your company to see if they have a similar program.

If you keep an eye on local event calendars, I'm sure there'll be free sessions offered periodically. Here's one such session from 2000, and no doubt there are a few every year.

Some hospitals also offer CPR classes to the community.

thats why i want to take cpr classes and i recall seeing a free class listed some time ago. i was hoping someone might know of a free class.

there are free online cpr classes, but i'm not to sure of them.
