    I grew up in Hawaii and spent many years living on the Windward Side, I sure miss Punaluu. Nothings town, but. I was that one surfer you'd see across from Aloha Stop in the late 70s. Dat was me! I also paid for my one good board I had by picking kahelelani shells there - I was back in 2003 and no more kahelelani shells there any more.

    I've read this site a bit - I hope Panther is OK!

      Pshshshhshshshsshhhhh! I'm da expert at da Windward reef surfing....

      And dodging da Portugee man-0-war.... part of the time. Ouch.
