I'm from the Black Hills of South Dakota, but I will soon be an Oahu resident. I can't wait! I got a tentative offer of a job in Honolulu and am just awaiting the completion of a formal review of my credentials before the offer is finalized. I'm a Psychologist.
I've been reading posts on this board and gathering information for a while now and thought I would register and join the conversation. I'm hoping that in the future I can meet some of you in person.
I plan on renting for a while before buying a condo so I have a better feel for what location would be best for me. I'll be asking some questions about various areas, pros and cons.
I'm into photography (and Art is general), snorkeling, hiking, music (I play the guitar), to name a few things. I want to learn how to surf and I'll ask for thoughts on the best way to go about that too.
