I put a message out to a few HT members in hopes they would get involved in this some how....

and if you think about it...this game is still wide open as NO one has any distinct advantage in the weekly polls... there have been seperate winners each week...so anybody joining now still has the potential to be right up there in the amount of weeks won.

I don't care too much who wins or loses... I'm very suprised at how well I've done....

Thanks scriv for taking the time to do this.

Hope some others will still join as the season is still early!

In regards to all of the visiting teams being chosen as potential winners: It looks as if, maybe, the NFL has achieved its goal of parity..the "On Any Given Sunday" thing. Relative parity anyway. Obviously, the Houston Texans are not quite on the same playing level as the Seattle Seahawks, but....on any given Sunday..you know how it goes...Houston could (in theory) surprise Seattle.

The NFL is simply the most competitive sporting league, with the most talented athletes, in the USA. The evident demise of the "home field advantage", with the relative parity among all the franchises, clearly demonstrates this.

Look at the home teams...they're suffering major injuries (KC), underachieving (Carolina and Oakland), aging (Green Bay), or too conservative (Washington--wait, conservative football from the nation's capitol? )
