Oh my. I like Jeanne. We even inherited her dog when she moved to the mainland several years ago, and Kawika was an awesome dog.

Finding a replacement will be tough. There just aren't many smart people here with a track record in op-ed who also understand Hawaii's special political atmosphere.

Announced earlier this week - Jim Kelly returns to the Advertiser from PBN to take Jeanne's position. Kelly's married to Lee Cataluna.

So for whom does this create an opportunity at PBN? They've recently replaced retired publisher Larry Fuller from in house.
