Sam Choy on Iron Chef America

I was watching the Food Network, and during an Iron Chef America Season 2 Commercial, I noticed a guy who looked like Sam Choy.

Will he appear on Iron Chef? Anyone knows what he'll be doing?

Oh, I hope so. I'd love to see him on that show. I could totally see Masaharu Morimoto kicking his butt; I think Mario Batali and Sam Choy would be a better matchup.

As for what he's going to do, well, I guess he'll be cooking stuff in a timed competition against another chef. Then, his dishes will be judged by a guest panel. But that's just a guess.

"[Aaron Fukuda] has proven his talent and skills, and we're pleased to promote from within the ranks," Chef Sam Choy said. Fukuda accompanied Choy in his recent appearance on "Iron Chef America" on the Food Network.

Sam Choy on Iron Chef America Tonight

Okay, the Iron Chef America show can be hokey at best and downright stupid at worst but tonight Sam Choy will battle Cat Cora (she annoys me to no end). It's on at 6pm on the Food Channel (321) and I really hope Sam kicks her butt.

I always see the chefs on that show moving like they just took 10 shots of espresso... unlike the way Sam Choy does his show. I wonder if he's gonna make broccoli(sp) poke with inamona and chili pepper water lol.

I hope I remember to watch it tonite.

Well, honestly, I don't see Choy beating Cora, and neither does most of my family or anyone I know, it seems (which surprised me because I figured they'd all go for him). But I'd love it if he proved us wrong just the same. Sigh...I miss Chairman Kaga.
