Who had that portable greenboard for the weather?

I remember sometime ago, watching the news and seeing someone do the weather during a remote segment (outside the station) and instead of standing on the side while reading the board, he was infront of the graphics, like he was in the studio.

Anyone knows what station is that? and if they still do that?

It was KGMB9... But I don't think they do that anymore.
