I finally watched Andy last night and I gotta say in my opinion if he has a daytime job, PLEASE do not quit it just yet Andy.
The guests hardly get to say anything at all with all the interruptions from Andy. Andy is NOT funny anymore. He used to be way back when but not anymore. I know the show has just started recently but they should have gotten a little better by now.
I am just an outsider and have nothing to do with any media so for me to sit and watch this stuff is kind of painful too. I do wish Andy a lot of good luck because he is really gonna need it in order to keep his show on the air. Soory Andy. I do wish you well. Aloha. BigD.

This evening was the last taping at the Hilton. We'll start shooting again in December at our new digs, the Outrigger Main Showroom.

The "NightTime" bottle of wine was popped to help celebrate the evening.

I'll be updating the show tapings as soon as I get the word from our Talent Coordinator Don Stroud.

Anyway, Neil Sedaka is in town. We're taping this Thursday 12/6/07 at the NEW LOCATION...The Outrigger Main Showroom. Other guests for this taping include Melveen Leed, Tito Beronobis, Kaleo Pilanca, and several others.

I'm not sure...but if there is a concert here in Hawaii...then it is a safe bet that he will be promoting it.

If you come down, I'm taking a bunch of pictures and will do my best to squeeze pics out of Neil & whoever wants to pose with him....Assuming that he'll let that happen...Oh...I'm getting my picture too.

A few of my members in my BLOG asked about drinking in the showroom...YES you can. Just purchase your beverage at Chuck's and walk it over.

It was a GREAT night to be in the audience...cuz Neil Sedaka was in the house. To answer Kalihiboy's question earlier about him promoting his concert at the Hawaii Threatre..."YES" to confirm that. Neil Sedaka taping airs TONIGHT Friday 12/7.

Geez...just when I posted the updates...I got another update an hour later. Oh well...that's showbiz.

Anyway, Marlene Sai is NOT on tonight as originally posted. But don't let that stop you from going to the taping...that's 5pm 12/10.

There is also a taping TOMORROW 12/11. I don't have the complete list of guests yet, but will post ASAP.

After one night...the "mana" is better. There is a more welcomed feel. The guys are still figuring out the technical aspects (better sound/lighting), etc.

Logistically, shooting times and dates have changed...and even that it still changing. For now, it will be back-back days...and possibly 5 shows in one day...YIKES!

Aside from that...eat before you get there, it's going to be expensive. You can buy booze from the restaurant and bring that into the showroom.

So far, good move.
