man, ya gotta delete that avatar I used to live in Waikiki back in the early 70's... Roy Kelly's hotel, the first hotel built in Waiks after the war. at seaside and kuhio. called it the hippie hilton. Was hotel, changed to studio apts.
Lived in da jungle. and other places thru waiks.
Would live near Ilikai, nowadays. Not a bad area.

Why? I thought that part of the movie was pretty hilarious.

If it violates the ToS, then I'll remove it, but I just checked it and it doesn't seem like it does.
