That particular vantage point is on the south side of Queen Anne Hill called Kerry Park.

It's also a short uphill hike from our home, Randy - a marathoner such as yourself will have no trouble getting there. Think about next summer, okay?

other famous fairs like the Fremont Solstice Parade (you have to be there to believe it...we even have nude bicycle riders!)

And marching `ukulele players - the Seattle `Ukulele Players Association (SUPA) has been in the parade for the past few years.

Seattle's summer weather can be unpredictable, but is generally gorgeous. We'll get the occasional stretch of three or four days of upper-80s (though with low humidity) - right now, we're having some upper-60s overcast (with light drizzle) for a couple of days. But yes, Sunday was wonderful - good day for baseball and Blue Angels (and the annual SUPA picnic.)
