    When I wait at the bus stop in front of Longs on Bishop Street. Garans, I goin spock one buggah just walk in Walgreens and come out quickly stealing something. Why don't they have someone at the door like Walmart marking your receipt?

    Hahaha! Do you have any idea how much that costs?! If Walgreens could afford it, Longs Drugs, Safeway, Foodland, Sack & Save and Times would all park an employee at the door, too. Not enough foot traffic to justify that. Most stores are actually LOSING money, ever since the federal government shutdown. Sad, really.

      Walgreens Downtown has closed down. Too many people come into the store for s five finger discount.

        Walgreen Downtown did the lockup of nuts products.

          They don't have to lock up every item. Only the ones that get stolen often.
