How about the Tomato, just on the Waikiki side of the McCully bridge? Now big condo sits on the property.

Btw, wasn't Pirate Bully Hayes (where somebody threw a grenade) owned by Roger Mosely who played "TC" in Magnum PI?

Roger Mosely took over later with Renie's. Yes I am an old fut. 46 years to be exact.

Tomato later turned to Dominic's Rock and Roll Clinic and finally Phase which was part of Masquerades.

The Sting!!!! Thank you for remembering that place. I remember it well. Talk about disco and skateboarding...how about Sweet City Disco in the Chinese Cultural Plaza back in the mid to late 70's.

Blaine, are you the Fergabomb? LOL....nah just kidding. I remember you and your family in Waimalu. I used to live Waimalu Up Tract by the Rabanals. You guys used to have awesome Halloween props at your house. I didn't grad with your sister Janel. She's a year younger than me. She's a 78' grad and your brother Garen grad a year before me. You grad with Pablo Rabanal. I read your blog about working at Waimalu Burger Boy. That was years ago. Didn't one of the Grance boys worked there? Didn't you rmom work at Value Drugs Waimalu?

I went to Aiea HS from 1973-1977 and Edwina Siu was the teacher there. Her daughter Ann Mary went to school with my sister at St. Elizabeth. My father grad with Edwina Siu's husband Stanley from St. Louis 54'. My friend Greg Kanae was with the Swinging Singers in 1975. I was looking in the Swinging Singers website and noticed Myra Okamura who I didn't know until recently is a nurse of my doctor at Straub and Benjamin Pascua who was in my English class in high school.

You guys should eat at Buzz's Pearl City sometime and say hello to my sister; she's a manager there. She graduated Aiea HS '78 (I think).
