Thought i'd share a couple cool sites designed specifically for the iPhone, and see what others have found out there. All links are to the iphone sites.
This is a couple weeks old, but google has a cool iphone designed start page now.

it contains quick access to search, and all your google apps like gmail, calander, picasa, blogger, etc...
Facebook has a awesome iphone mode
FoxNews now has a news site specific to iphone which is real clean simple, and even has easy accessible videos.
