Re: Can you save flash video from a web page?
This is the way I do it:
- Go to Tools/Internet Options then delete your temporary files (cleaner if you clear your cookies too, but not totally necessary)
- Using Windows Explorer, navigate to c:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
- Under the "Type" column, look for the Shockwave Flash objects.
- You can right click each Flash object and open it to see if that is the one that you want.

On a PC, you might try the VideoDownloader add-on for Firefox. The website itself can also try and get the video for you.
On a Mac, it's ridiculously easy. Using Safari, load the page containing the embedded video and open the "Activity" window (Option + Command + A). You'll see a list of every element on the page, including a big one (likely in the process of downloading) that's the video file. Double click that line, and that file gets saved locally, just like that.
