Looking for an easy-to-use converter program that can convert FLV file to another video file format, like MPG or WMV, preferably free.

Media-Convert sounds about right but can it handle more than 150 MB?

BTW, I can never get my MPlayer 11 to view AVI files, at least some of my old ones. Any tips?

Use VLC Player. It can play just about anything....
