BestBuy.com Online Ordering Sucks
Sorry, first time venting out a rant.
I tried to order hardware from BestBuy.com. They have NO shipping method for my address on Moloka'i. Though I could just phone in my order, what's the use of having an online ordering web site in the first place?
I ordered software from BestBuy.com this week. Found out that UPS passed my package to USPS on a Parcel Post status. So, instead of getting in a week, I have to wait 3-6 weeks. WTF! I know Moloka'i have a UPS delivery van here. How do you think I got my DSL modem from Hawaiian Telcom in two days?
